Brian showed me all my options after looking at other companies/Solar Panels; answered all my questions thoroughly; and helped me make an informed decision regarding my loan purchase decision. Adam and Brian always respond quickly to my emails or phone calls within one day of signing the contract, they were here before and after the installation, everything went flawlessly, they did an exceptional job! I recently had Premier Improvements install solar panels and a battery storage system at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and on time. They answered all my questions (and I had plenty!) and made sure I understood every step of the process. The team was also there for all the necessary city and UI inspections, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I was honestly impressed by how organized and efficient they were throughout the whole installation. As for the results, even though we installed the system a bit later in October, we’ve already noticed a huge difference. Our energy bill has dropped by 75%, which is amazing! The salesmen, Brian and David were able to thoroughly, thoughtfully, and truthfully answered my questions. The entire team at Premier Improvements were only a phone call away at any time prior to, during, and after my system installation. The installation team that came to my house was one of a kind and I have never experienced a team as through, patient, and polite. They took the time to explain to me exactly how every piece of equipment they were installing worked within the system and integrated into my home. I had almost given up hope finding a solar installer who was actually local to the area, and not just another national solar syndicate masquerading as a local company. Exceptional service and quality! They did a full roof replacement and installed a 9kw solar array. Couldn’t be happier! The roof looks great and the solar panels are producing excellently! Premier is the way to go. There are other companies that will come in and show unrealistic numbers just to get you to do business with them. Premier takes the time to explain all the options available and provides recommendations based what best suits your needs. Our solar system has been installed although we are still waiting for Eversource to swap out the meter so we can be turned on. The process was easy and Adam did all of the work to get us on the road to saving money and avoiding the rate/delivery fee hikes that are coming from Eversource.
